Requirements :
1. Usia max. 28 Tahun
2. Harus memiliki pengalaman operasional live streaming TikTok Shop di perusahaan milik WN Tiongkok
3. Harus memiliki minimal 100 penonton yang tinggal selama live streaming, dibuktikan dengan screenshoot, screen record maupun link live streaming (untuk pengecekan real time)
4. Memiliki pengalaman host live streaming di industri kecantikan dan kosmetik minimal 3 bulan
5. Mampu membangun audience di TikTok Shop dari 0
6. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan dapat beradaptasi dengan situasi dan mengatasi masalah teknis yang mungkin terjadi selama live streaming
7. Terbiasa membuat konten produk video pendek
8. Dapat menggunakan softwere editing video (CapCut, etc)

TikTok Live Streaming

Qualifications & experience:
1.Active English or Chinese speakers, please submit CV in English or Chinese, the interview will be in English or Chinese
2.Bachelor degree from reputable university
3.Must have more than 1 (one) year experience as TikTok Live Streaming Operation
4.Have initiative and positive learning attitude to follow the e-commerce trend
5.Have knowledge about the market demand, sales data, user behaviour data, and is able to perform other in-depth analysis, and can detect problems and opportunities quickly and precisely.
6.Must have experience of TikTok Shop live streaming operations in a Chinese-owned company.
7.Must have at least 100 viewers staying during the live streaming, evidenced by screenshoots, screen records or live streaming links (for real time checking)

Tasks & responsibilities:
1.Lead e-Commerce team to maintain overall official online store's operational activities for all e-Commerce Platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada and others ).
2.Develop & implement online selling strategy through all marketplaces and ensure the strategy implementation within e-Commerce team are running well in order to optimize company's revenue target through online selling.
3.Analyze traffic, store performance, and products performance related to product listings on e-commerce platforms to support the evaluation of product and channel performance in the marketplace.
4.Managing advertisement (Platform Ads) budget to have effective and efficient Ads usage in every e-commerce platforms, and also prepare and reporting budget report analysis (weekly, monthly and quarterly).
5.Support live streaming processes with the aim of promoting products in an engaging, communicative, persuasive, and informative manner, ensuring customers gain product knowledge and driving sales.
6.Monitor data accuracy (pricing, promotions, design, competitors, ads) and update information on e-Commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations.
7.Responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's Live Streaming Department, including but not limited to overseeing the overall live stream strategy, devising live operation promotion plans and execution, and continuously optimizing the strategy of the live stream based on various data.
8.Manage the live streaming team, including recruiting and communicating with live streamers / hosts and supporting their growth, including but not limited to optimizing host’s scripts and schedule.
9.Based on the company's strategic goals, plan related management systems, strategy, and performance evaluations for the live broadcast operation team, and establish a standardized and systematic live stream process.
10.Grasp the overall operation of the host from multiple aspects including products, content, and users, and be able to lead the team to accomplish the company's strategic goals and revenue targets.
11.Communicate with content planners to establish sales goals for live broadcasts and corresponding operational plans.
12.Effectively coordinate and communicate with live broadcast platforms, and assist in the design and construction of live broadcast rooms.
13.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
