You Experience And Skills Include

Hotel & Tourism education background
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
High motivation & being guest-service oriented with an eye for details
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
Familiar with OPERA system

What You Will Be Doing

Provide quality service to the guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay
Maintain communication channels between Hotel guests and all Hotel departments both verbally and in written as required.
