Job Descriptions:
- Monitor and coordinate activities of housekeeping, safety, security, pest control, hygiene, receptionist, lifeguard, sport attendant gondola and environment.
- Responsible for building equipment permit, general issues, building asset and warehouse.
- Evaluate vendor/outsource performance.
- Perform all administrative duties.
- Perform operational duties with regards to promotional goods procurement.
- Provide general services for expats' work place, permit etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Building Management Coordinator.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Good Hospitality and Grooming.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
