As an HR Admin Staff, you will be responsible for managing HR administrative duties, supporting recruitment and employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR administration or general administrative roles.
  • Possess strong knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and updating employee records.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain organized records of employee files, attendance, and leave requests.
  • Support HR events, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
  • Ensure all HR protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organized HR workspace.
