Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding process for new hires - lead new hire orientation process and conduct HR and Benefits orientation. Coordinate, track, and assist in the hiring of all agency temporary and consulting staff.
  • Accurately complete processing of all personnel changes related to hires, transfers, promotions, terminations and other personnel changes in all information systems. This includes meeting all necessary deadlines and tasks.
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Audit personnel records/data.
  • Coordinate with HR Manager on employee activities (luncheons, annual picnic, holiday party, retirement parties, etc).
  • Partner/Collaborate/Coordinate with various HR Shared Services: Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Training and HRIS teams to assist with educating, processing, maintaining and supporting shared HR services across the organization.
  • Support the organization, as part of the HR Team, regarding HR matters such as policies/procedures, information sharing, HR processes, participation in projects and initiatives. Provide input on process improvement.
  • Assist with immigration matters related with expatriates and FW
  • Regular reporting as required by the business or management.

  • It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
  • Manage the Leave Management System - Leaves, attendance and overtime in supporting payroll calculation.
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to benefits and compensation, absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Be the primary source for payroll processing, including; monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes etc
  • Be the primary source in providing employee data reports which related with leave management systems, manage and generate headcount reports, attritions and other payroll data.
  • Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelors or Masters with Minimum + 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Good communication skills are a must.
  • Experienced in Global HRIS applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple software applications including enterprise wide systems, and intranet/ internet applications.
  • Proficient in business applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
