About The Company:
- The working venue is in Cengkareng.
- Our client is a Japanese Services company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Assistant Manager/Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Prepare-review-revise documents and maintain information regarding;
- The recruitment, training, and development of human resources.
- Company labor regulation in accordance with Labor law.
- Employee presence, overtime, leave.
- Compliance Report to Manpower Ministry and or other institution, not limited to social insurance or retirement allowance.
- Assist the HR&GA Manager;
- In implementing the Company's employee assessment system and remuneration policies.
- To control the Human Resources budget.
- In dealing with labor relations issues with sufficient knowledge of Labor law of Indonesia.
- Implement HR workflow processes, rules and regulations.
- Recruitments;
- Maintain Recruitment channels.
- Undertake Screening and Review CVs, continue propose relevant candidates to HR Manager.
- Prepare Offering Letter, Employee Contracts and other documents related to incoming new employee.
- Employee administration;
- Maintain List Of Employee and documentations.
- Undertake/Review documentations from welcoming employee to exit interview.
- Liaise with PIC of government regarding employee in Manpower Ministrial, BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan and other institutions related.
- To perform other duties as assigned by HR&GA Manager and BODs.
2. General Affairs.
- Manage administrative, clerical, and archival tasks.
- Create and implement the rule and workflow of procurement of office appliance including stationery, furniture or IT devices.
- Management of security and order, property protection, and workplace sanitation.
- Manage insurance policies to ensure minimizing costs while achieving an appropriate level of cover, including arranging insurance policy and claim.
- Provide and maintain the availability general office supplies, including stationeries, cleaning supplies, refreshments, operational transportation, etc.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the HRGA Manager and Director of Finance and Administration.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably bachelor of law).
- Minimum 5 years of HRGA Assistant Manager in MNC or Japanese company.
- Business level of English.
- Understanding of labor law.
- Willing to WFO at Kawasan Pergudangan Bandara Mas, Kota Tangerang.
- Skillful at using computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, etc).
- Responsible, honest, careful, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability: be able to work independently, under high pressure, with a high sense of responsibility.
