HR Business Partners - Internship

As an HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, and learning initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HR programs and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and follow-up actions.
• Help coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting .
• Participate in HR projects such as learning, onboarding, engagement topics.
• Provide administrative support for HRBP-related tasks and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
