Data Collection and Management:
- Gather and maintain HR data from various internal systems and sources
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners for data collection

Data Analysis:
- Analyze key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR strategies

Reporting:
- Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to present data findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
- Translate data into meaningful narratives and summaries

Data Visualization:
- Create clear and informative dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively
- Present complex data in a user-friendly format for non-technical audiences
- Fresh graduate or final year university student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to extract insights from HR data
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Basic knowledge of platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query & macros)
- Understanding of key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, time to hire, engagement scores)
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
- Eagerness to learn new tools and stay updated on HR analytics trends
- Understanding of how HR data supports broader organizational goals
