  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Gather and maintain HR data from various internal systems and sources
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
    • Collaborate with HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners for data collection
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction
    • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support HR strategies
  • Reporting:
    • Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to present data findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders
    • Translate data into meaningful narratives and summaries
  • Data Visualization:
    • Create clear and informative dashboards and data visualizations to communicate complex data insights effectively
    • Present complex data in a user-friendly format for non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate or final year university student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to extract insights from HR data
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Basic knowledge of platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query & macros)
  • Understanding of key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, time to hire, engagement scores)
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and stay updated on HR analytics trends
  • Understanding of how HR data supports broader organizational goals
