We are looking for a proactive and creative Talent & Brand Executive with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. This role will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent while building a strong and authentic employer brand that reflects our company’s culture, values, and growth ambitions.

WORKING HOURS:

This is a part-time, 100% remote position requiring 20-30 hours per week, as follows:

  • Evening shift: 8PM - 12AM Jakarta time (4hours)
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Employer Branding & Employee Experience
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media, career page, and employee stories.
  • Organize internal and external events (career fairs, networking sessions, company culture activities) to promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Design teams to create engaging content (posts, videos, testimonials) highlighting our culture and opportunities.

HR Operations & Projects

  • Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully.
  • Assist in HR projects related to engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate satisfaction).
  • Stay updated on talent market trends and employer branding best practices.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year experience in HR, Recruitment, Management or related field
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and AI platforms.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and open to feedback and learning.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook recruitment, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Interest in internal communications, culture building, or branding.
