We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our team as a HRGA Assistant (junior level).

Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle, onboarding, offboarding, promotion, demotion, and worker mutation processes.
  • Assist in basic HRGA administrative tasks such as attendance recap. Responsible in employees legal matters and regulations (industrial relations, External Relation, BPJS, Employment Contract).
  • Support general office needs including stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for operational needs

Qualifications

  • Maks 25years. Bachelor's degree in HR Management / Psychology.
  • Able to speak mandarin will be considered a plus.
  • Fresh graduate/experienced as recruitment/HRGA staff. Preferably in Manufacturing Industries
  • Basic understanding of HR principles (recruitment, uu cipta kerja, BPJS).
  • Good communication, analyze skills and negotiation skills.
  • Preferably residing in Tangerang kota.
