Kaleka, (Kaleka.id) is an Indonesian non-profit research institute established in 2014 with aims to sustainable and equitable production of commodities and use of natural resources by engaging governments, business, and social communities. As we scale up, we are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team and support our mission.
HR & GA Manager will manage the full range of HR aspects for the organization and to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU).
Responsibilities
- Developing the HR agenda, strategies, policies, budgets, practices, recruitment plan and relations.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Business, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR roles or related, ideally in the non-profit sector
