• Organizational Development (training, employee engagement activity, employer branding, etc)
• Industrial Relation
• Compensation Benefit
• Help HR Manager to create activity related to HR
• Take an initiative to revised all HR related documents
• all HRGA tasks that havent mentioned above

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, from reputable University is an advantage
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA area/HR Generalist
• Full WfO at Meruya, Jakarta Barat
