Responsibilities

• Execute administrative and operational HR tasks, including employee data processing, contract changes, and document archiving.
• Support the implementation of company OKRs by assisting in planning, and reporting on goals and key results.
• Take responsibility for the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, CV screening, interviewing, and employee placement aligned with company OKRs.
• Manage the orientation and onboarding program for new employees, ensuring smooth integration with company values and OKRs.
• Provide support employees needs based on eksisting Standart Operasional Procedure.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations in the context of OKRs and company policies.
• Manage the procurement, utilization, and maintenance of company assets and inventory relevant to the achievement of OKRs.
  
  

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, with experience in supporting OKRs and managing company assets and inventory.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and relevant HR policies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
• Ability to manage and execute employee development programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage HR data accurately.
• Skills in delivering training and presentations to employees.
• Proficiency in managing employee performance and recognition programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good time management skills.
