What You Will Do :

  • Manage and coordinate benefit services for employees, including BPJS insurance, benefit claim, and vendors management.
  • Work on employee movement transaction from on boarding administration, employee contract/pension coordination, employment status management.
  • Provide support for HR operations, HR Letters and documents.
  • Handling RPTKA and work permits for expatriate employees.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing administration of company's HRIS system.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS procedures and documentation.
  • Manage relationship with HR vendors.

What We're Looking for :

  • Bachelor Degree of any major.
  • At least 3 years working experience handling HRIS and HR operations/services.
  • Experienced with Darwin Box system is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia labor laws, rules & regulations, and contract drafting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cikarang.
