Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree / Master degree from Psychology/Management with GPA min. 3,00
- Proven working experience as HR Manager for 3 years or as HR Supervisor at least 5 years.
- People oriented and process driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Talent Management, Performance Management, Organization Development & People Development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Placement: Bandung
