You are responsible for

• Mapping role competency for every designation in a factory
• Establish and strengthen a competency matrix
• Facilitate classroom training and ensure the training runs smoothly
• Create flyers to announce monthly training program
• Give improvement for training system or procedure
• Maintaining detailed records of training sessions (attendance form, evaluation form, etc.)
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends, technology, and best practices in learning and development.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, D3 or D4 in Industry, Management, Psychology, Law
• Strong project management, excel and database
• Have knowledge of learning and development concept
• Willingness to learn
• Creative and innovate mind
• High energy level
• Have an analytical thinking
