HRBP ASSISTANT (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: OPPO Manufacture Indonesia / PT Bright Mobile Technology, Tangerang, Indonesia

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields are a plus but not required).
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — mandatory.
• Strong willingness to learn HR concepts and processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support HRBP and business department leaders by coordinating daily HR activities and bridging communication between employees and management.
• Assist in handling employee relations and administrative documentation, including disciplinary records, attendance, and follow-up on employee inquiries.
• Help monitor employee performance, probation progress, and talent development plans as directed by HRBP.
• Support HR initiatives related to culture building, employee engagement, and communication programs.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and provide translation support when needed.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented properly and aligned with company standards.
