Job Description:
As an HRBP Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters for our manufacture field. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver HR programs and initiatives. Additionally, you will coach and mentor managers on HR best practices and contribute to HR-related projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver HR programs and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR business partner / HR Manager experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to do business trip to operational area
