Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management & Development
    • Manage and develop human resources to support the company’s growth and goals.
    • Plan and implement HR strategies and policies that align with organizational needs.
    • Monitor and improve HR processes to ensure the quality of the workforce.
  2. HR System Design & Implementation
    • Create and maintain effective and efficient HR systems (SOPs, job descriptions, training and development systems, etc.) to streamline HR functions.
    • Ensure the implementation of the HR system across departments for consistency and compliance.
  3. Workforce Planning & Recruitment
    • Analyze workforce requirements based on the company’s growth and strategic direction.
    • Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection process to meet manpower needs, ensuring timely hiring with the right qualifications.
    • Manage the selection, promotion, transfer, and demotion processes as needed.
  4. Performance Management
    • Develop and implement a performance management system.
    • Coordinate and control the performance management cycle, including performance planning, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure individual, unit, and company-wide performance targets are achieved.
  5. HR Administration & Compliance
    • Oversee office administration and personnel activities to ensure smooth operations.
    • Manage the HR information system to provide accurate and timely support.
    • Ensure employee contracts are correctly checked, updated, and compliant with legal standards.
    • Take necessary disciplinary actions on employees who violate company policies.
  6. Workplace Environment & Legal Compliance
    • Create and implement a work system that complies with labor laws and protects the company from legal issues.
    • Ensure a safe and conducive work environment to prevent physical or emotional harm to employees.
  7. Employee Relations & External Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain positive relationships between superiors and subordinates, as well as between unions and third parties (e.g., government agencies, BPJS, etc.).
    • Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
  8. Training and Development
    • Coordinate and control the preparation and implementation of training and development programs.
    • Identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and employee competence development.
  9. Coordination with HR Holding
    • Coordinate with HR Holding regarding all HR policies and employee data, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing between the company and the parent organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, focusing on HR Business Partnering roles.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (Sunfish or related HRIS)
