  1. Preferably possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree
  2. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Had experience handling all HRGA activities
  4. Hard worker, communicative, innovative, proactive

Job Descriptions:

  1. Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  2. Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  3. Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
  4. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
  5. Provide general support to visitors
  6. Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  7. Oversee adherence to office policies and procedure
  8. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
