Responsibilities

  • ⁠ ⁠Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Develop and implement HR policies that drive discipline, efficiency, and high performance.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Oversee General Affairs functions, including facilities management, procurement, and asset control.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Build a strong employer branding and talent acquisition strategy aligned with Evolene’s vision.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the HRGA team.

Requirements

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Minimum 5+ years of HRGA experience, with managerial/supervisory exposure.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR operations.Proven ability in recruitment, people management, and GA administration.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠High integrity, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
