What You Will Do :

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
  • Manage for HSE training and awareness programs, and support all employees to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure safe practices are integrated into daily operations and project planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety performance, incidents, permits, and inspections.
  • Liaise with government authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders on all HSE-related matters.

What We're Looking for :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HSE roles with some managerial experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage all levels of the organization.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Willing to work on site at Cikarang.
