Job Description
- To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.
- Comply with manager, supervisors, Designer and Owner instructions and perform to achieve quality work.
- Provide drawing with calculation for lifting plan, docking plan, launching & upslip plan as requested in new building, repair & conversion project at 3 yards (NMS, GTI & DWP).
- Provide support to NMS modules as and when required.
- Provide support on green recycling project for cutting plan, lifting plan, upslip plan as and when requested.
- Provide structure analysis as requested for new building, repair & conversion project.
- To check & troubleshoot in case have issue on site during progress of the project.
- Review and checking design drawing to suit customer satisfaction and classification society.
- Perform detail design/drafting of ship structure and outfitting for new shipbuilding and repairs/conversions
- To achieve KPI engineering department.
- Graduate in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering or similar.
- Computer proficient AutoCAD, Aveva Marine, Femap, Staad Pro
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering Offshore & Shipbuilding
- Familiar with AutoCad, Aveva Marine software, Femap, Staad Pro
- Experience with Integrated Nesting software: Fast Cam, Win Cat, Turbonest
