We are looking for a Human Resources Staff to support our HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and tracking employee progress.
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company regulations and labor laws.
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as leave tracking, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
- Understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in talent acquisition or employee engagement programs.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, PHR) is a plus.
- Work-from-home setup with occasional office visits as required.
