  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field (Min. GPA 3.2).
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Management, Talent Acquisition, or similar roles – with proven expertise in Talent Acquisition.
  • Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • 90% of Gen Z mindset may face challenges in this role
  • All areas in Indonesia are welcome to apply – willing to relocate to Batu, Jawa Timur

Job Descriptions

  • Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding: Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing, employer branding, and onboarding. Oversee the employee selection process from interviews to competency assessments.
  • HR Strategy & Organizational Development: Create and implement HR policies that align with company goals and industry trends. Develop training programs to enhance employee competencies and organizational growth.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, address employment-related issues, and maintain positive relationships between management and employees. Foster a culture of openness and collaboration.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness and high employee engagement. Develop wellness programs and policies that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Operations & Data Management: Handle HR administration, including maintaining HRIS systems and employee records. Analyze HR data to make data-driven decisions that enhance business outcomes and optimize HR processes.
  • Employee Retention: Collaborate with teams to build and implement employee retention programs that improve satisfaction and reduce turnover rates
