Human Resource Specialist

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in related field
- Full understanding of HR functions of generalist human resources such as recruitment, employee
engagement, employer branding, compensation & benefit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible
- able to work with a team or individually
- Have good time management
- Proficient in English
- Placement: Greenlake, Cipondoh
- Can join as soon as possible

Job Description
- Calculate employee's salary and benefits
- Manages end to end recruitment process
- Works closely with line managers & employees to develop and enhance culture and employee engagement by arranging
- teambuilding events, training, coaching, workshop, town hall meeting, review internal, and other activities
- Perform administration for employee benefits and compensation
- Manages overall HR Operations function including HRIS, employee's documents, and general administration
- Performs other duties as assigned by management

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 18.00
