Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner for Marketing & Supporting leaders in workforce planning and team development.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) and provide clear recommendations.
- Support performance management, feedback, and goal-setting processes.
- Manage employee relations and ensure fair, transparent communication.
- Ensure HR policies are well-understood and consistently applied.
- Support initiatives that build a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and people development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with HR data and insights.
- People-oriented with fairness and professionalism in every action.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to partner effectively with both creative and operational teams.
- High integrity, empathy, and adaptability.
- Willingness to work onsite in Purbalingga
