Human Resources Generalist

The ideal candidate will take charge of key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Additionally, this role requires fostering strong partnerships with managers to address their human resource needs effectively.

• Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration.
• Handle employee offboarding, including termination processes and exit interviews.
• Support payroll management and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies and addressing their team-related concerns.
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data in compliance with company and legal requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in HR, with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with HR systems, payroll software, and benefits administration platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
