What Will You Do

  • Use job portals, social media, professional networks, and creative sourcing techniques to identify high-potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback sessions, and job offers.
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
  • Help coordinate internal training sessions.
  • Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
  • Support various HR projects such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and company events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willing to commit to a 6-month full-time internship with a full Work From Office (WFO) arrangement in Tangerang.
