Responsibilities

  • Membantu proses sourcing kandidat, posting lowongan, screening CV, dan penjadwalan interview, dan administrasi.
  • Membantu tim dalam pengelolaan program pengembangan, mulai dari kompetensi, pelatihan, hingga evaluasi efektivitas pembelajaran.
  • Mendukung pelaksanaan performance management dengan membantu pengumpulan data KPI dan administrasi appraisal.
  • Membantu tim dalam melakukan pembaruan struktur organisasi, job description, serta mendukung analisis job promotion.

Requirements

  • Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, Business Administration, atau bidang terkait.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi 2 arah, aktif dan proaktif
  • Memiliki kemampuan kerja sama.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Periode magang 3 bulan
  • Penempatan di Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang (full WFO)
