HVAC Shift Lead

Are you an Indonesian Passport Holder with a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering? We are looking for a skilled Shift Lead to join our team in Batam!

The responsibilities include monitoring the BMS, attending to A/C issues, investigating faults, and ensuring repair works are compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate will also be supervising Shift Technicians, assisting with installations, and participating in emergency call-outs. Looking forward to developing strong relationships with Facilities Managers and contributing to service excellence.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with a strong knowledge of HV and LV distribution systems, HVAC mechanical cooling/heating systems, and the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. Worked in Data Center Facilities.
