Job Description

  • Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors in performing maintenance and repair activities.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
  • Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
  • Verify that installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and industry codes.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Manage HVAC spare parts and consumable inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment history
  • Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for system improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent,
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
