Job Description
- Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors in performing maintenance and repair activities.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment
- Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
- Verify that installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and industry codes.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage HVAC spare parts and consumable inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment history
- Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or equivalent,
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
