Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IELTS Tutor, located in Yogyakarta. The IELTS Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering IELTS preparation lessons, assessing students' English language abilities, providing constructive feedback, and helping students improve their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. The role also involves maintaining student progress records and developing tailored study plans to address individual student needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching IELTS modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Strong ability to assess students' English language proficiency
• Experience in providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve student performance
• Effective classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
• Familiarity with developing tailored study plans based on individual student needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is a plus
• IELTS band score of 7.0 or higher (preferred)
• Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools is beneficial
• Preference given to graduates of foreign universities and/or recipients of educational scholarships
