Your ‘day to day’

Building & Utilities Operations Requirements

• Ensure Continuous and Safe Operations
  
  

Maintain uninterrupted and safe functioning of building and utilities equipment and systems through effective organization and coordination of internal teams and/or outsourced services, in alignment with applicable standards.

• Contracted Services Management
  
  

Ensure All Contracted Services Are Delivered

• On time
• At a reasonable cost
• In full compliance with PMI standards, sustainability norms, and local regulatory requirements.
• Safety and Quality Compliance
  
  

Ensure service providers (contractors) consistently meet safety and quality requirements through regular performance monitoring and structured review routines.

• Energy and Cost Efficiency
• Minimize energy consumption across all utilities operations.
• Reduce associated operational costs through continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
• Energy Monitoring and Optimization
  
  

Monitor energy processes and consumption with the primary goal of identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

• Maintenance Planning and Execution
  
  

Organize, plan, and oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as repairs of all utility installations, to:

• Ensure continuous production
• Maintain high productivity
• Deliver excellent utility quality
• Keep operational costs minimized
  
  

Who we’re looking for

• Willing to work under fixed-term contract for 1 year
• Open to placement at any of our hand-rolled production sites
• Formal education in Utilities, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Public Health
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an Engineering department within an industrial environment, preferably in facility management, utilities operations, or building maintenance.
• Proven experience in asset management, contractor supervision, and operation of electrical systems, as well as building and utilities equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety principles and practices related to civil works and utility equipment, with a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
• Experience in safety management is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
