Eastparc Hotel supports the global campaign against single-use plastic products that harm the environment. As part of our efforts, we will not provide single-use plastic toiletries including toothbrushes and combs and will also replace single-use plastic bottles and bedroom slippers. Room rates are dynamic and may change at any time. The agreed price after the reservation process is complete cannot be changed with additional fees or refunds for the difference with the latest high/low price in the same period.

The maximum of room capacity is for 2 adults and 2 children up to 8 years old. The Hotel may charge you an additional fee for each extra person after the reserved room's capacity. Deposit Required at check-in.

Hotel does not provide baby cribs. Waiting rooms are not available in the lobby area, please use Verandah Resto or The Canopy (near the drop off lobby area) as waiting rooms. Our restaurant only serves halal food. We do not serve alcoholic beverages in our restaurant and room minibars. Consuming alcoholic beverages in public areas including the lobby, restaurant, ballroom and pool terrace is strictly prohibited. However, guests are permitted to consume their own alcoholic beverages in the privacy of their rooms. Cigarettes and cigars are not sold in our restaurant. We also do not serve vegetarian and vegan food.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of each room. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and it may trigger the smoke alarm. Smoking is not permitted in all public areas of this hotel including the restaurant, poolside terrace and outdoor recreation areas except in designated smoking areas.

Check-in time starts at 15.00. Requests for adjoining rooms, opposite rooms, connecting rooms, certain rooms, certain views, or certain floors depend on availability at check-in and will of course result in a lot of late check-in times after 15.00.
