Get to Know the Team

You will sit within the Merchant Operational team in GrabFood East Java. It is an established team responsible for leading crucial projects that affect the lives of our partners in East Java. Your team will be made up of different functions focusing on Merchants and Incubation. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in this industry and affect society, then you should join our team!

Get to Know the Role

Part of the core GrabFood East Java Team. Support the Region Commercial Manager and Merchant Operations team to improve the Grab merchant experience from identifying merchants' pain points, developing training materials and initiatives to improve merchant activation and engagement online and offline. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be fully onsite. The role will be contract.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the Merchant Incubation team to provide a world-class experience for merchants.
• Build excellent workflows to improve operational processes and merchant engagement experience.
• Manage smooth running of merchant community operations.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to support SMB merchant incubation and support.
• Educate and train Grab merchant-partners about the latest product features through clear and engaging communication plans.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree, 1+ years of experience in Operations
• Ability to speak Bahasa & English
• Experienced in planning and building complex tasks.
• Experienced in processing and translating data into insights that will be used to address merchant pain points and improve the merchant experience.
• Experience on using Microsoft Office and Google workspace
• Placement in Surabaya
