The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a specific focus on B2B markets, packaging, and the palm oil sector.

Key Responsibilities
On behalf of our client, a leading Palm Oil Refinery, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in Medan, Deli Serdang, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a specific focus on B2B markets, packaging, and the palm oil sector.

Role: Industrial Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives for the palm oil refinery and packaging business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to introduce new and specialty products to the market.
- Drive B2B sales growth in the confectionery and food sectors, particularly within Java.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to maintain and increase sales performance month-over-month.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry, preferably in packaging or palm oil.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong analytical mindset and a mature, professional attitude.
- Proficiency in English is a MUST.
