Injection Molding Supervisor

1. Male, age: 28-45 years old, college degree or above (special outstanding candidates can reduce the educational requirement)
2. Proficient in the injection molding process, familiar with all plastic properties, familiar with injection molding products common molding problems and solutions, strong product analysis and improvement ability, good at the injection molding process of the complexity of the problem of engineering tuning machine to improve and enhance
3. Familiar with Haitian machine, Tianxing robot, more than three years of experience in machine adjustment and mold testing, understand the process of mold testing
4. More than five years of injection molding supervisor management experience, able to technicians, operators into the ability to skills training
5. Strong quality consciousness, understand ISO, proficient in 5S management, skilled in computer office operation
6. Good communication and coordination skills, work conscientiously and responsibly, and be a team player
7. Experience in production management of 30 injection molding machines and above
