- Responsible for collecting all information about profile customer which is not covered by existing PPSR and covered only by product support Reps (PSSR, PS ISR), mapping information about leads and opportunities of suspect customer, kinds of business relat -Responsible for rebuilt trust and relation with customer, approach them and re introduce Trakindo as a services company and provider solution. Approach customer thru explore customer need and want also Prime product offering. - Responsible for evaluating and managing sales lead and opportunity until stage 4 in pipeline/ sales funnel, maintenance and buying habits, and sales target per customer to ensure All sales leads and opportunities are captured and create quotation. - Responsible for conducting sales administration such as input call activities, monitor and manage opportunity of Prime product thru SAP CRM and Portal MS BI, quotation creating to ensure the administration process is implemented in timely manner and relia
