Insurance Specialist is responsible for evaluating and analyzing insurance applications to determine the risks involved and the appropriate coverage levels. Job Qualifications
Required:
- Min. education S1 from relevan major
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing handle General Insurance product
- Having Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and determine appropriate coverage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and explain insurance policies and options available.
- Analyze client information and assess risk levels to determine appropriate coverage.
- Manage and update existing insurance policies, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist clients with filing claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is provided and claims are processed efficiently.
- Ensure all insurance activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential clients, meeting sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to their insurance policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and changes in regulations.
