We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Interim E-Commerce Sales Lead to fill a critical leadership gap and ensure strong performance across our online sales channels. This is a contract role (3–6 months, remote), with the possibility of extension or conversion depending on business needs.
You will be responsible for leading our online sales operations, managing campaigns, and supervising the sales admin team to ensure smooth execution of SOPs and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, and company website. Maintain marketplace KPIs: store rating ≥ 4.9, response rate < 10 mins, smooth order handling.Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, ads, and live streaming sessions. Manage and optimize marketplace ads & CPAS Meta to achieve ROI-positive results. Build and manage affiliate/live commerce partnerships to drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and content with sales conversion goals. Supervise and coach the sales admin team to ensure SOP compliance and timely execution of daily tasks. Provide weekly reporting on sales performance, campaign ROI, and marketplace metrics.

Duration: 3–6 months (with option to extend/convert).
Location: Remote / Work From Home.
Compensation: Competitive contract package, based on experience.

- Online sales target achievement (monthly basis).
- Marketplace performance (rating, response rate, low cancellation/return).
- ROI-positive ads and sales uplift from live commerce.
- Sales admin SOP compliance (no backlog, timely customer handling).
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce sales, with strong marketplace management background.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and achieving KPIs.
- Solid understanding of marketplace ads, CPAS Meta, and live commerce campaigns.
- Experience leading and coaching a small team (sales admins/online sales reps).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to act on data quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to a contract-based role (remote).
Duration: 3–6 months (with option to extend/convert).
