Job Description

  • Memiliki pengetahuan dalam desain interior bangunan
  • Bisa melakukan visualisasi gambar detail dalam bentuk sketsa, 2D dan 3D software
  • Dapat berkoordinasi dengan pihak desain terkait lainnya seperti MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), Struktur, Arsitek
  • Memahami, mengerti dan dapat membuat DED (Detail Engineering Design)
  • Mengerti dan memahami mengenai standard penggambaran dalam gambar kerja
  • Mengerti dan memahami mengenai spesifikasi material dalam penggambaran gambar kerja
  • Menguasai teknik dan detail interior
  • Menerjemahkan desain ke gambar tender dan kerja

Job Requirement

  • Age max 32 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least D3/S1 majoring in Interior Design or Architecture other related field
  • Student with last education is SMU/SMK and still studying in university is encouraged to apply
  • At least 3 Years of working experience as Drafter Interior from Consultant/Contractor/Developer Company and handle high-rise building project (e.g Hotel/Apartment) and luxury house
  • Able to produce tender and construction drawing
  • Proficiency: CAD, Microsoft Office, render 3D
