We are looking for a visionary Interior Designer to transform our showrooms into immersive lifestyle destinations that captivate customers and enhance brand identity. This role involves designing creative, functional, and trend-forward spaces that inspire and engage visitors, while showcasing our products in a real-life setting.

What You Will Do

• Design Concept and DevelopmentM
• Develop innovative showroom layouts that create a lifestyle experience and showcase products in an engaging, aspirational manner.
• Design spaces that highlight the functionality and aesthetic appeal of products, ensuring they align with our brand values.
• Create visual themes and concepts that resonate with target audiences and current lifestyle trends.
• Space Planning and Execution
• Plan and design showroom layouts, including furniture placement, lighting, color schemes, and decor.
• Incorporate storytelling into the design to create a seamless customer journey through the showroom.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to bring designs to life.
• Brand Alignment and Styling
• Ensure all showroom designs are consistent with the company’s branding and product positioning.
• Style vignettes and setups to reflect real-life use cases, promoting customer connection with the products.
• Regularly update showroom designs to reflect seasonal trends, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Customer Experience Enhancement
• Create inviting, comfortable spaces that encourage customers to interact with products and imagine them in their own lives.
• Design layouts that optimize traffic flow and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Implement interactive or technology-enhanced elements where applicable.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand the goals of showroom designs.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure alignment with promotional strategies.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  
  

What You Will Need

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing retail or showroom spaces, preferably in lifestyle or furniture sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and lighting.
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience in lifestyle branding or creating experiential retail environments.
