Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma (D3) in Secretary, Office Administration, or related field
  • 0 - 1 year of relevant experience (internship or organizational experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective team player with good collaboration skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft 365, and familiarity with other supporting technologies such as AI tools
  • Presents a neat and professional personal appearance
  • Demonstrates tact, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions
