Academic responsibilities:

• deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the level and meet the diverse needs of learners
• plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with EF Adults curriculum, as well as supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and learners needs
• participate in learners’ and center’s events and initiatives so as to support the continuation of EF Adults Indonesia’s growth in Indonesia
• monitor student learning by providing beneficial constructive feedback
  
  

Person specifications

• be creative and innovative to maintain classroom environment conducive to optimal learning
• outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as teamwork to foster good working relationships with learners, teachers, and other functions
• open-minded, adaptable to and passionate about dynamic circumstances and continued professional growth
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Education or English, and/or
• Internationally recognized TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certificate
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in an English language school
