Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist with uploading and organizing learning materials on platforms like Udemy.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with our branding guidelines.
  • Perform basic video editing and formatting tasks as needed.

International Speaker Outreach

  • Research and identify potential international speakers for webinars and events.
  • Craft professional outreach emails and follow-ups to engage speakers.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication with speakers to ensure seamless participation.

Communication And Presentation

  • Prepare and present ideas to the team in English during meetings with international clients/partners.
  • Represent Purwadhika professionally in all communications with external collaborators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as human resources, business administration, communication or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Strong interest in online learning, content creation, and global education trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and online platforms like Udemy is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Internship for min. 6 months period with office hour on Monday-Friday at 9AM-6PM
  • Willing to work from office in Purwadhika BSD - Green Office Park 9
