Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze stock data regularly by tracking sales trends, safety stock, and lead time.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate inbound delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Sales Advisors to maintain the quality of incoming goods.
• Support the Sales team with timely inventory insights and ensure smooth stock availability.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders and delivery schedules (including samples).
• Maintain accurate data entry and generate reports using our internal systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools efficiently for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 1–2 years of experience in an inventory or stock control role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Self-confident, fast learner, and growth-minded.
• Friendly and cheerful personality while remaining professional and respectful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, responsive and helpful to team needs.
• Experience with ACCURATE or ECOUNT accounting software is a plus.
