IT Account Officer

IT Account Officer responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, updating internal databases with client and contact details and conducting market research related to IT products & services. Ultimately, you’ll help run successful sales campaigns to increase client engagement.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• At least have 2 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position and experience in financial company will be a plus.
• Having remarkable can do attitude, high initiative, and passion to work extra mile to achieve target.
• Good communication & presentation skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia for both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and based on target.
• Fast learner and willing to learn.

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Seek out new client by networking and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Perform successful presentation to prospective client & partners.
• Prepare proposal for prospective clients according to their needs.
• Offer best solutions to prospective client related to their needs and challenges by collaborating with internal technical team.
• Maintain a good relationship with prospective clients and existing clients.
