IT – AI Research & Development

We're Hiring: IT (AI Research & Development) (Full-Time, WFO – Malang)

We’re looking for an AI Research & Development Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that power our internal tools and automation.

You’ll work with real-world data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and turn ideas into impactful AI products.

What You'll Do

• Research, design, and develop AI/ML solutions for internal tools
• Develop and implement Computer Vision solutions (image/video processing, object detection, recognition)
• Build NLP solutions (text analysis, chatbots, classification, summarization)
• Create AI-based automation to improve business process efficiency
• Perform data preparation, training, evaluation, and model optimization
• Integrate AI models into applications/backends via APIs
• Maintain documentation and continuously improve AI models and pipelines

What We're Looking For

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML development (fresh graduates with portfolios are welcome)
• Strong understanding of one or more of the following areas:

1. Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, etc.)
2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) (LLMs, text processing, embeddings, transformers)
3. Automation & AI Agents (workflow automation, RPA, scripting)

• Proficient in Python, familiar with NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
• Experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
• Familiar with API integration, databases, and basic cloud deployment
• Able to work independently, quickly, and collaboratively in a dinamic startup environment

Location: Malang, East Java (Indonesia)
