IT Governance & Compliance Analyst

The IT Compliance & Governance Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT governance frameworks and ensuring that the organization’s technology operations adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This role involves assisting in the development, documentation, and review of IT policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to ensure consistency and compliance. The staff also helps coordinate and support internal and external IT audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing findings. In addition, they monitor and report on compliance risks, conduct regular assessments, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper controls are in place and effectively functioning. By ensuring adherence to frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001, the role contributes to the organization’s overall IT risk management and continuous improvement in governance practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years experience in related Field
• Graduates from Law or Management may also be considered, especially if they have experience related to IT audit or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance).
• Familiarity with : IT audit, IT governance, Compliance, Risk management
• Familiarity with ISO implementation (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Basic understanding of IT frameworks :COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 / ISO 20000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Familiarity with IT audit processes and policy/procedure documentation
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or GRC platforms (if applicable)
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Good communication skills (especially for cross-department coordination)
• Discipline in following rules and meeting deadlines
• Integrity and data confidentiality
